	BrokerExpedite.com offers a platform for Expedite Carriers , Expedite Brokers , Freight Forwarders and 3PL’s to post loads , look for loads , post vehicles , look for available vehicles by zipcode , city/town , state search. Carrier agrees to maintain cargo insurance of at least $100,000 and up to the declared value of the property. Carrier must also provide at least $1,000,000 of public liability insurance. Carrier shall furnish to BrokerExpedite.com a written certificate showing proof of coverage for both cargo and public liability insurance, 3 industry references and one financial reference. Carrier’s certificate of insurance will only be accepted if received from carrier’s insurance company and having BrokerExpedite.com as additional insured. Brokers will provide copy of USDOT required Bond. No carrier or broker will be accepted without current Authority on file and Insurance/Bond. Under no circumstances will BrokerExpedite.com be held responsible or as collateral in any legal matters between members. However, any members creating problems will be locked out of the system . BrokerExpedite.com will also add a Members Rating System , on a scale from 1 to 100 , indicating the level of seriousness of each member , in time.
